Style of Artwork: I consider myself as
contemporary visual artist.  I am flexible in
both traditional and technical art.  I am
talented with both my hands and the computer.

Television appearance: Appeared as a guest
artist on the Chicago based Cable Access
Network TV  (Build a better web site).

Artist Statement: Art is my way of visually
communicating with the world.  I showcase my
art because its what I love to do and not to be
competing.  Not only do I have to see with both
physical and mental eyes, I have to feel it within
my soul in order to have some true meaning.  As
long as I continue to utilize the gift which the
Lord as blessed me, along with people liking the
way I showcase my talent; I feel content. If art is
an addiction, I refuse to be rehabitated!

Media used in artwork: The media I utilized is
Carte Blanche.  Its includes: Graphite and
colored pencil, watercolor, paintbrush, airbrush,
pen & ink, Oil, acrylic, etc.
Born: July 1, 196?

First discovery of artistic talent: Age 3;
considered as a child prodigy.

Formal Training: I've studied at a variety of
post secondary educational facilities.  
Finally, received my B.F.A. in Visual
Communications from Illinois Institute of
Art-Chicago.

Location of Studio: I'm based in Chicago, IL
U.S.A.

Subject Matter: My subject matter for my
artwork is Carte Blanche.  It includes,
figurative,(clothed/unclothed), still lives,
landscapes, animals, etc,  I draw from a
combination of direct observation/photo
references and imagination.

Influences/artists admired:
Music plays a
major influence in my artwork. Any song
which can touch my heart. Whether it be:
Soul, Gospel, Rock, Light Sounds, etc.  The
music has to put in a specific mood to create a
specific image.  The Artists which I admired
are: Gaugain, Seurat, Roy Lichtenstein,
Norman Rockwell, Vargas, Tom of Finland,
Jacob Lawrence, and Olivia.

Galleries where work has been exhibited: An
Art's Place Gallery, TZ Gallery, Truman
College, TPAN Gallery, Friends of the Arts
Gallery, and numerous Chicago based street
fairs.
